Why do I have to connect my Facebook account?[edit | edit source]

Facebook authentication is the only way to save account information across multiple devices at this time.

Please note that if you do not link your Facebook account, you will lose everything after the next update.

What if I do not have a Facebook account?[edit | edit source]

Unfortunately, a Facebook account is required for authentication.

Will my account be deleted once the game launches World Wide?[edit | edit source]

Nope! Your account and everything in it will remain unchanged after WorldWide launch

What is a Seat of Power?[edit | edit source]

A Seat of Power is a major location within Westeros. Examples include Winterfell, Casterly Rock, and Dragonstone.

What is an Allegiance and how do I join one?[edit | edit source]

An Allegiance is a group of multiple houses with a common goal.

How do I change my name?[edit | edit source]

  • First, tap avatar icon in the top left corner of your city screen.
  • From there, either tap your House name directly, or choose the "Edit Profile" option.
  • Scroll down to the "rename" option and tap the bar that says "Enter new name".
  • Tap "Rename".


How do I change my avatar?[edit | edit source]

  • First, tap avatar icon in the top left corner of your city screen.
  • From there, either tap your House name directly, or choose the "Edit Profile" option.
  • Tap the icon for an avatar you would like.
  • Tap "Change".

Why does it say "Free" when I go to build or upgrade a building?[edit | edit source]

Once a build timer falls under 10 minutes, we like to speed things up for everyone. This helps move construction along and allows players to reach more of the core of the game much faster
